A My Housing Resource member will visit the property and accompany vendors when required, grant access for insurance, home inspection or appraisal inspectors and will stay during the duration.
A My Housing Resource member is also available to personally perform the following on onsite inspections:
Move-in inspection - This inspection is performed when a tenant moves in and is performed during the lease signing process.
Move-out inspection- This inspection is performed when a tenant is moving out.
Routine inspections- A periodic property inspection which is performed every three to six months to assess the inside and outside of the property's condition. This allows you to stay on top of any maintenance issues and provides the opportunity to correct any damages that have been caused before they worsen.

Question: What is the difference between your appraisal/inspections and your standard home inspection?
Answer: The appraisal is utilized if your selling a property and have an accepted offer. The bank requires the buyer to obtain an appraisal which is a way to determine the current market value of the property. There are various reasons to get home inspections, they can be perfromed before purchasing a house to determine repairs, inspections can also be performed when a tenant moves in or moves out or done intermittently to check on the property and it's condition.
Question: If I have several vacant units in different properties scattered across Milwaukee am I able to still utilize your services?
Answer: Yes! The more the merrier, just remember each unit is priced individually according to the monthly rental amount. However, depending on the number of vacancies needing to be filled, we are excited to offer discounted pricing.
